Payment • Cash on delivery (COD); • Bank transfer; • Online card payment (Visa / Mastercard), Google Pay or Apple Pay — payment is completed on the bank's secure page; card details are never stored on our site. Delivery • Standard delivery in Tbilisi: 2–3 business days — 15 ₾; free for orders over 1,500 ₾. • Express delivery: next business day — 35 ₾. • Store pickup — free. Refunds • Items may be returned within 14 calendar days of receipt, provided they are unused and in complete original packaging. • Refunds are issued via the same payment method used for the purchase, within 10 business days of the return being confirmed. • See the “Returns” page for details.
